New Patterns ABA is looking for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community-based settings. The role involves implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting data, supporting behavior intervention strategies, and building strong relationships with clients and families. Candidates should have current RBT certification, reliable transportation, and experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
