Positive Reinforcement PLLC is hiring registered behavior technicians to provide in-person ABA support to children and adults with autism spectrum disorder and other abilities. The role involves using online data collection, implementing treatment plans under BCBA supervision, building relationships with clients and families, conducting discrete trial training and NET strategies, and maintaining a consistent schedule. The position offers weekly BCBA supervision, benefits including insurance and retirement plans, and is available as full-time or part-time with pay of $21 to $27 per hour.
