Description
Breakthrough ABA is seeking a reliable, flexible, and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Floater to support their growing clinical team. The RBT Floater will ensure seamless service delivery by providing coverage for cancellations, assisting in-clinic with administrative tasks, and supporting new hires. They will also provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy, build strong rapport with clients and families, implement BCBA-designed treatment plans, collect data, report changes, participate in assessments, and maintain documentation.
