MeBe Family is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct ABA services to children with autism and related developmental disorders. The role includes implementing ABA strategies, teaching language, behavioral, social, and daily living skills, collecting client data, collaborating with supervisors, providing break and meal coverage, and supporting other behavior technicians. The position requires current RBT certification, a high school diploma, consistent Monday-through-Friday availability from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., a background check, and CPR/BLS certification before working with clients. Pay is $21–$26 per hour based on experience and location, with a guaranteed 30 hours per week contingent on scheduling flexibility.
