Description
Arrow Behavioral Associates is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work in-person in Monroe, Connecticut, on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The role provides one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, implements individualized treatment plans, collects session data, supports clients’ life, communication, and social skills, and maintains professional rapport with clients and families. Candidates must hold current RBT certification, CPR certification, and knowledge of HIPAA regulations; prior experience with children or individuals with special needs, data collection, ABA terminology, behavior management, and applied behavior analysis is preferred. The position pays $21-$23 per hour and includes health, dental, and vision insurance for eligible employees, supervision toward BCBA/BCaBA certification, training, and a company-provided iPad.
