Description
Ambitions ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home applied behavior analysis therapy for children and support their families. The role follows BCBA treatment-plan guidance, prepares and conducts client sessions, implements interventions, communicates client updates to the BCBA, maintains professional and ethical interactions with caregivers, collects progress data, and follows HIPAA confidentiality requirements. The position pays $20–$25 per hour and includes paid training, free continuing education units, referral bonuses, and employer-paid RBT exam fees.
