Supportive Care ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Sylvia, Kansas, to provide direct one-to-one behavioral support to children with autism and developmental needs in home and community settings. The role involves implementing BCBA-created behavior intervention plans, collecting client-progress data, supporting communication and daily-living skills, managing behavior strategies, collaborating with families and clinical teams, and maintaining documentation. A high school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation, and a valid driver's license are required; RBT certification and at least one year of experience with children or individuals with special needs are preferred.
