Heartlinks ABA is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to provide Applied Behavior Analysis services to children in home and community settings in Indiana. The role involves implementing BCBA-designed therapy and behavior plans, teaching functional skills, documenting progress in a data collection system, and collaborating with families. Applicants must be at least 18, have a high school diploma, hold an active BACB RBT certification, pass a criminal background check, and have reliable transportation and a driver's license. The schedule is daytime Monday through Friday for 15–20 hours per week, with supervision, flexible scheduling, and professional development opportunities.
