Magical Moments ABA is hiring a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct ABA therapy to clients in one-on-one and group settings, collect and record behavior data in Central Reach, support treatment plan implementation, maintain a safe and empathetic environment, and collaborate with BCBAs, therapists, caregivers, and families. The role requires RBT certification, knowledge of general ABA practices, strong communication, time management, and organizational skills; 6+ months of ABA experience is preferred but not required.
