Description
True Progress Therapy is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (also described as a Behavior Support Specialist) in South River, New Jersey. The role provides direct applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to children with autism and developmental disabilities in a clinical setting, including implementing individualized behavior plans, supporting skill acquisition and behavior reduction, collecting behavioral data, maintaining records, participating in treatment planning, and collaborating with BCBAs, RBTs, families, and caregivers. Applicants need at least one year of relevant experience, RBT certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Compensation is $27–$30 hourly.
