Galaxy ABA Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Moyock, North Carolina. The role provides one-on-one applied behavior analysis support to children in home, school, and community settings by implementing BCBA-designed skill-building and behavior-reduction plans, using play-based approaches, collecting progress data, documenting sessions, collaborating with families and supervisors, and maintaining client safety. The position requires a high school diploma, RBT training or willingness to complete it, background screening, and CPR, HIPAA, and TB clearance; an associate or bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field is preferred. Compensation is $22–$30 hourly, with paid training, flexible weekday scheduling, advancement opportunities, and travel within the local area.
