STEPS Behavioral Health is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Davidsonville, Maryland. The RBT provides one-to-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in home, school, or clinic settings; implements treatment plans created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst; collects and documents progress data; collaborates with families and team members; and maintains a safe, positive therapy environment. The role requires RBT certification, prior ABA therapy experience, background-check eligibility, reliable transportation, and local travel. Pay is $25–$28 per hour, with flexible scheduling and potential full-time opportunities.
