Optimal Care Therapy is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Barrington, Illinois to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in the home, implement BCBA-designed treatment plans, collect and document client progress, collaborate with families and team members, and maintain a safe therapy environment.
