Optimal Care Therapy is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Mokena, Illinois. The role provides one-on-one ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic settings, implements BCBA-designed treatment plans, collects client data, collaborates with families and team members, and maintains a safe therapy environment. Candidates must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification, hold a high school diploma or equivalent, have ABA or child-related experience, pass a background check, and have reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
