Description
Beacon is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide behavioral support to children and adults with autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities, severe mental illness, and high-acuity behavioral needs. Working under BCBA supervision, the role implements individualized Behavior Support Plans, teaches communication and adaptive skills, collects behavioral data, uses de-escalation strategies, collaborates with care teams, and maintains HIPAA compliance. The position offers either five 8-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts, with all shifts beginning at noon and at least one weekend shift required.
