True Progress Therapy is hiring an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children in home, school, or clinic settings in Howell, New Jersey. The role involves implementing BCBA-designed treatment plans, collecting client progress data, collaborating with families and team members, and maintaining a safe, positive therapy environment. The position offers flexible scheduling, pay of $27–$30 per hour, and can be full-time at 25–30 hours per week or part-time.
