Description
Blue Moon ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one applied behavior analysis therapy to individuals with Autism under BCBA supervision. The role involves implementing treatment and behavior intervention plans, collecting and recording behavioral data, training parents and caregivers, coordinating client care, collaborating with families and clinical team members, and maintaining a safe, supportive environment. The position offers $27–$31 per hour, clinical support, growth opportunities, PTO, and a Monday-to-Friday schedule with after-school, evening, and occasional weekend needs.
