Optimal Care Therapy is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients’ homes in Westchester, Illinois. The role involves implementing BCBA-designed treatment plans, collecting and documenting client progress, collaborating with families and team members, and maintaining a safe therapy environment. Candidates must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, prior ABA or child-related experience, the ability to pass a background check, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel locally.
