Growing Minds Behavioral Health is hiring an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide home-based ABA therapy for a 5-year-old female on a Monday through Friday afternoon schedule. The role involves implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting accurate data, supporting a child with high support needs and complex behaviors, and collaborating with a supervising BCBA in a calm, patient, and therapeutic manner.
