The hiring organization seeks a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), also described as a Behavior Technician, to provide direct behavioral health support to children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. The role implements individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision, delivers patient care, conducts assessments and intake, collects behavioral data, maintains HIPAA-compliant records, collaborates with families and professionals, and supports social, communication, and daily living skills. The position is in person and available full-time or part-time, with an hourly rate of $20.00–$30.00 and paid time off.
