Description
Lakeside ABA is hiring an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Edgewood, Maryland to provide in-home ABA therapy to clients with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental challenges. The role involves implementing behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision, collecting behavioral data, maintaining compliant documentation, educating families, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The position is full-time or part-time, requires current RBT certification, a registered NPI number, prior ABA experience with children, strong documentation and communication skills, reliable transportation, and flexibility to travel to client homes and work one weekend day as needed.
