Optimal Care Therapy is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Waukegan, Illinois. The role provides one-to-one applied behavior analysis therapy for children in home, school, or clinic settings; implements BCBA-designed treatment plans; collects progress data; collaborates with families and team members; and maintains safe, positive therapy environments. Candidates must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification, hold a high school diploma or equivalent, pass a background check, and have reliable transportation for local travel. Prior ABA or childcare experience is preferred but not required.
