Heartlinks ABA is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Indiana to provide Applied Behavior Analysis services to children in home and community settings under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. The role involves implementing BCBA-designed therapy and behavior plans, teaching functional skills, documenting progress in a data collection system, and collaborating with families. Applicants must be at least 18, have a high school diploma, hold active BACB RBT certification, pass a criminal background check, and have reliable transportation and a driver’s license. The schedule is Monday through Friday after school hours for approximately 15–20 hours per week.
