Mastermind Behavior Services is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder in home, school, or clinic settings. The role involves implementing BCBA-designed treatment plans, collecting and documenting client progress, collaborating with families and team members, and maintaining a safe and positive therapy environment. Applicants must have or be willing to obtain the 40-hour RBT course, hold a high school diploma or equivalent, pass a background check, have reliable transportation, and be willing to travel locally; previous ABA or child-related experience is a plus but not required.
