Optimal Care Therapy is hiring an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home 1:1 ABA therapy in the South Side area of Chicago. The role involves implementing BCBA-designed treatment plans, collecting and documenting client progress data, and collaborating with families and team members in a supportive, growth-oriented ABA environment.
