Description
The employer is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), also described as a Behavior Technician, to provide direct behavioral health support to children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. The role implements individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) intervention plans under BCBA supervision, collects behavioral progress data, assists with assessments and intake, maintains HIPAA-compliant documentation, collaborates with families and professionals, and supports social, communication, and daily living skills. The position is in person and available full-time or part-time, paying $20.00–$30.00 per hour, with paid time off and required RBT certification.
