Description
Blue Moon ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one applied behavior analysis therapy to individuals with Autism. The role implements treatment plans under BCBA supervision, collects behavioral progress data, collaborates on behavior intervention plans, trains parents and caregivers, coordinates client care, and supports a safe, positive therapeutic environment. The position offers $27–$31 hourly, Monday through Friday after-school and evening scheduling with weekends as needed, clinical support, paid time off, and growth opportunities.
