Description
Clarvida is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Winchester, Virginia, to provide ABA therapy and direct supportive services to children and youth with autism, intellectual disabilities, Down syndrome, and related behavioral or mental health conditions. The role works under a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in clients’ homes and community settings, implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting data, supporting behavioral interventions, and collaborating with the treatment team. Applicants must hold an active RBT credential, complete the required 40-hour training and competency assessment, and pass the RBT examination. Compensation is $22–$24 per hour, with benefits and perks available to employees.
