New Patterns ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The role involves implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting client progress data, developing behavior intervention strategies, and supporting clients and families. Current RBT certification is preferred but not required, while experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is listed.
