Career Based Solutions is hiring an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings, implement BCBA-designed treatment plans, collect and document client progress data, and collaborate with families and team members. The role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, certification assistance, bonus opportunities, PTO, and a pay range of $18 to $25 per hour for full-time (30 hours/week) or part-time work.
