Ambitions ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy for children and support their families. The role follows BCBA treatment plans, prepares for sessions, implements interventions, communicates with the BCBA, maintains professionalism with parents and caregivers, records client progress, and complies with HIPAA requirements. The position pays $20–$25 per hour and includes RBT exam fee coverage, free CEUs, referral bonuses, paid training, and a supportive clinical and administrative team.
