Galaxy ABA Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Elizabeth City, North Carolina, to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or community settings. The role implements skill-building and behavior-reduction plans created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, uses play-based approaches, collects client data, documents sessions, and collaborates with supervisors, parents, and team members. Candidates need a high school diploma, 40-hour RBT training or willingness to complete it, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
