Description
Achieving True Self is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavioral Health Technician to provide one-on-one, evidence-based support to children with autism and related developmental needs. The role implements individualized treatment plans, teaches communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills, collects client-progress data, and collaborates with a clinical team in home, school, or community settings. Paid RBT certification training is provided within the first month, along with ongoing support. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, age 18 or older, experience with children or individuals with disabilities, a valid driver’s license, car insurance, and a reliable vehicle; evening or after-school availability is preferred. Compensation is $19–$26 per hour for direct billable hours, with training, onboarding, and drive time paid at $15 per hour.
