Aim Higher ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in homes, daycares, and community school settings. The role involves implementing individualized skill acquisition programs, collecting data, submitting accurate session notes, and maintaining a safe, respectful, compassionate environment under the supervision of BCBAs.
