Description
Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children and individuals with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities. The role implements BCBA-developed behavior intervention plans, collects progress data, supports daily living and social skills, maintains documentation, collaborates with families and caregivers, and conducts structured ABA teaching sessions. A high school diploma, valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation are required; prior relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree are preferred. The position is in person and offers full-time or part-time employment at $25–$33 per hour, with health, dental, and vision insurance.
