Description
Big Dreamers ABA is hiring an in-person Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children and individuals with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities. The role implements BCBA-developed behavior intervention plans, collects progress data, supports daily living and social skills, documents medical records, and collaborates with families and caregivers. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred. The position requires a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation, and is offered full-time or part-time at $25.00–$34.00 per hour.
