Description
Big Dreamers ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis therapy for children and individuals with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities. The role implements BCBA-developed behavior intervention plans, collects progress data, supports daily living and social skills, maintains documentation, and works with families and caregivers. The position is in person and available full-time or part-time, paying $25.00–$33.00 per hour, with health, dental, and vision insurance among the benefits.
