Blue Moon ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for individuals with Autism under BCBA supervision. The role involves implementing treatment plans, collecting progress data, collaborating on behavior intervention plans, training parents and caregivers, and maintaining a safe, supportive environment. The job offers $27–$32 per hour, PTO, benefits, growth opportunities, and a supportive team environment with a schedule that includes after-school hours, evenings as needed, Monday through Friday, and weekends as needed.
