BrightBridge ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients’ homes, schools, or communities. The role involves implementing individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision, collecting and recording client data, collaborating with the behavior team, and supporting clients and families. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while RBT certification, prior ABA or special education experience, bilingual ability, and a long-term behavioral health career interest are preferred.
