Description
Burnett Therapeutic Services is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one behavior support to children with autism or developmental delays in their homes, clinics, or schools. The role involves implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, collecting client data, communicating with families, and participating in training and supervision. Candidates must have an active RBT, ABAT, or BCAT certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 18 years old, and meet transportation, CPR/First Aid, immunization, physical, and background-check requirements. Compensation is $24–$25, with mileage reimbursement and benefits for employees working 30+ hours per week.
