Burnett Therapeutic Services is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one behavior support to children with autism or developmental delays in their homes, clinics, or schools. The role involves implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, collecting client data, communicating with families, and participating in training and supervision. Candidates must be based in Elk Grove or Sacramento, have an active RBT/ABAT/BCAT certification, and meet specified education, age, transportation, medical, and background-check requirements. Compensation is $24–$25, with mileage reimbursement and other benefits.
