Description
Burnett Therapeutic Services is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children with autism or developmental delays in their homes, clinics, or schools. The role delivers individualized behavior support, implements intervention plans, records client progress, communicates with families, and participates in training and supervision. Candidates must have an active RBT, ABAT, or BCAT certification, at least six months of experience working or volunteering with individuals with intellectual disabilities, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the listed background, medical, and transportation requirements. Compensation is $24–$25, with mileage reimbursement and benefits for employees working 30+ hours per week.
