Centria Autism is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The role teaches communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors and requires patience, compassion, teamwork, physical ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds, and completion of required certifications and background checks. Comprehensive training is provided, and candidates must obtain Registered Behavior Technician Certification after onboarding. The pay range is $20-$29.
