Centria Autism is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The role teaches communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors and requires patience, compassion, teamwork, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and completion of required certifications within 45 days of onboarding. The pay range is $19–$25 per hour.
