Description
Clarvida is hiring a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Winchester, Virginia, to provide direct ABA therapy services to children and youth with autism, intellectual disabilities, Down syndrome, and related behavioral or mental health conditions. The RBT will implement individualized treatment plans and behavioral interventions, collect data, maintain client schedules, collaborate with the treatment team, and support BCBA supervision and evaluation. The role requires an active RBT credential, BACB training, competency assessment, and examination completion, with travel to client homes and multiple locations possible. Compensation is $22–$24 per hour, with benefits including a 401(k), licensure supervision, professional development, and other employee perks.
