Creative Therapy Solutions is hiring a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Scottsdale, Arizona. The role directly implements skill acquisition and behavior-reduction plans for children and adolescents under BCBA supervision, collects data, completes documentation and insurance billing, participates in consultations and training, and communicates professionally with clients, families, and care teams. The position is in person, requires travel to multiple service sites, and involves physically prompting and moving to support clients.
