Developmental Pathways, Inc. is hiring a part-time ABA Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one in-home support to children and teens with autism or developmental disabilities. The role involves implementing personalized behavior plans under the guidance of a BCBA, collecting data, supporting skill development, and training and supporting families. The position offers training for entry-level candidates, flexible afternoon, evening, or weekend hours, up to $21 per hour based on experience and RBT certification, mileage reimbursement, paid sick leave, and medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits for eligible team members.
