Description
New Patterns ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians in Ocklawaha, Florida. The role provides one-on-one applied behavior analysis therapy in home and community settings under BCBA supervision, implements individualized treatment plans, collects client progress data, supports behavior interventions, and builds relationships with clients and families. RBT certification and autism or developmental-disability experience are preferred but not required; reliable transportation and strong communication, empathy, organization, and time-management skills are sought. Pay is $20–$25 per hour with flexible scheduling, training, supervision, and advancement opportunities.
