Magical Moments ABA is hiring a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct client care in one-on-one and group ABA therapy settings, collect and record behavioral data in Central Reach, support clients and families in a safe and empathetic environment, and collaborate closely with BCBAs, therapists, caregivers, and other professionals to implement and adjust treatment plans. The role requires RBT certification, knowledge of ABA practices, strong communication, time management, and organizational skills, with 6+ months of ABA experience preferred but not required.
