Galaxy ABA Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Fort Meade, Maryland, to provide ABA therapy services under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts. The role involves implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting and recording client data, supporting scheduling and treatment planning, collaborating with families and colleagues, and maintaining documentation. The position offers $21–$30 per hour based on experience and paid training; a related bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, autism and developmental disabilities experience, communication skills, teamwork, attention to detail, and organizational skills are preferred or listed as ideal qualifications.
